Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. Customers have 14 days to return an item in its original condition, for a refund, or an exchange. Please email us at info@thelittlequiltcompany.co.uk to arrange a return.

 

How do I care for my quilted product?

All of our items are machine washable. We actually wash them ourselves before they are sent out to our wonderful customers. We do this to ensure all seams and stitching is secure and that we can guarantee the wash cycle that is recommended. You’ll find printed care instructions with your item.

Do you take commissions?

Yes. Please email us at info@thelittlequiltcompany.co.uk to arrange this. Please note, commissions are non-returnable and require a deposit.

My item has a problem, what do I do?

If there is an issue with your item within 12 months of purchase that is no fault of your own, we will either fix your item, offer a refund or a return. We’ll ask for a description of the issue and possibly some images too. We’ll do this via email, telephone or direct messenger. If you have a problem, email us at info@thelittlequiltcompany.co.uk.

Can I send my item as a gift?

Yes. Please purchase your item through our shopping cart and either add a note to your order (bottom left of checkout page) or email us with the details of your recipient. We will happily arrange a wrapping service and a note with your gift. Our email is info@thelittlequiltcompany.co.uk.
